What members get

Built for the trade

  • Trade prices in South African Rand, with a currency guide for pounds, euros, US, Australian and New Zealand dollars and rupees
  • Availability shown for each seating category and hotel
  • Seating maps and stadium information for every venue
  • Seats together in pairs, threes and fours, and blocks for groups
  • Hotel options at three, four and five star level near each ground
  • An account page with your orders, delivery status, invoices and team logins

Events include the Nations Championship autumn internationals, SA v England 2026/27, the Cricket World Cup 2027 in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia, Rugby Down Under '27 and the Australian Open.

Selling through the network

Official allocations only

A member may offer seats to the network only for events where that member is the officially appointed agent. Field Trip checks the appointment first and approves every listing before other members can see it. Members' names are never shown against a listing.

Questions agents ask

Who can join the Field Trip trade network?

Registered travel agencies, tour operators, sports travel specialists and corporate hospitality companies. Every application is reviewed by Field Trip, and access is given to named people at an approved company.

What do members see after signing in?

Trade prices in South African Rand, how many places are available, seating maps and stadium information, and hotel options for each event. A currency guide converts prices to pounds, euros, US dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars and rupees.

Can members sell through the network?

Yes, within limits. A member may offer seats only for events where that member is the officially appointed agent, and only after Field Trip has checked the appointment. Every listing is approved by Field Trip before other members can see it.

How do members pay?

In Rand, by bank transfer or card, before an order is confirmed. A credit account is available after a credit check and approval by Field Trip.

Is Field Trip an official agent of any tournament or governing body?

No. Field Trip is an independent South African sports travel operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of any tournament, league, club, union or governing body. Where a member of the trade network is an official agent for an event, that appointment belongs to the member.
