What to tell us
The more of this you can give us up front, the faster the quote:
- Which fixture, or which tour if you are following more than one match
- How many travelling, and how many rooms
- Roughly where you want to sit, and what you want to spend
- Whether you need flights, and from Johannesburg or Cape Town
- Any access, dietary or mobility requirements
Say so in your first message. Group bookings are built by hand rather than through the configurator, and there are usually options on seating and hospitality that are not on the site.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@field-trip.co.za and say so plainly. We acknowledge within 3 working days and respond fully within 15. Our full complaints procedure is in the booking terms.
